No one under 16 years of age is permitted to drive on the grounds, must have a valid driver’s license. No other ATV/RTV’s will be allowed this year for use by exhibitors, Golf Carts only.

Gettysburg Trail Ride
SEPTEMBER 17-19 2010

PQHA is currently looking for a member who is willing to co-chair the trail ride in Gettysburg with Sue & Jerry Yohn and learn the ropes! If you would be interested in volunteering, please contact Sue Yohn at slyjig@yahoo.com or Rita McMullen, President at rita01@pa.net

The trail ride is a great fun and Sue and Jerry have done a great job over the years, they would love for someone else to learn the ins and outs of this project so that it can continue for many years to come. Please take the time to consider becoming a part of this project and contact Sue or Rita to see what it involves.

Dear Friends of PQHA:

Welcome to a new year! PQHA is excited about all the new opportunities ahead in 2010. As we move into the electronic age, we are updating our image. One of PQHA’s major updates includes a Facebook page which is a great way to stay in touch and share information about ourselves and our organization. We are amazed at the number of friends we have accumulated in a short amount of time. If you haven’t signed up to be a friend of PQHA yet, please send us a Facebook friends request today.

We also hope you will consider becoming a member of PQHA in 2010. Enclosed is our 2010 membership form. Annual membership in our association is $40 per family or $30 per individual, and includes an online version of our newsletter. In 2010, PQHA will begin publishing our newsletters in electronic format and adding them to our website. Members will receive an email notification when each new newsletter is posted. For members who wish to continue receiving printed newsletters, PQHA is offering an annual subscription. For $20, members will receive copies of the printed newsletters mailed to them. We plan to produce four newsletters in 2010.

All members will receive a hardcopy of our 2010 show booklet which will be mailed in April. In addition at the end of the year, we will be producing a PQHA yearbook. The yearbook will also be mailed to all members and is included in the membership fee. The PQHA Yearbook is an amazing publication which will include year-end results, futurity results, stallion information and much more. The PQHA Yearbook was last produced in 1988, and we are very excited about resurrecting this publication. We are sure you will love it. If you are interested in learning more about the PQHA Yearbook or are interested in advertising, please contact the PQHA home office at 814-349-4497, cell 814-880-0965 or email us.
